Help with Resource desync for multiplayer
I'm actually just so desperate for help on this.

Until a few months ago everything was fine. I could play online without issues. But after a while I started to notice that I couldnt play online.

Resource desync.

It shows up everywhere.
Now I'm not sure why. If it was because I made maps and missions in editor? If so how do I remove them and/or remedy this issue?
Or is there something else I'm missing? Please help me, I'm so tired of this. I just want to play with friends and randoms like I used to.

Hello! This error means that you're experiencing resource desynchronization. If you're not running any mods, then please make sure if you have no set folder in \steamapps\common\Call to Arms - Gates of Hell\resource, if such a folder exists, delete it.

You should also check the map folder, open it (\steamapps\common\Call to Arms - Gates of Hell\resource\map) and if anything exists inside that folder that is not a .pak file, delete it or move it to your desktop. Usually it will be a folder that you want to delete/move.

Note: Everything that you will delete in the set folder or maps folder (that is not .pak) is whatever you created in the editor; you can save your work by moving it to your desktop. This is a note to prevent any issues.

I am assuming you have no mods installed. Make sure you only have the files
multi.pak and single.pak
in the folder Gates of Hell\resource\map. Any other files there you may copy someplace or remove them if you do not need them. If that fails, verify integrity of the game files in Steam.

If you keep having the issue join the Gates of Hell discord and @TeleRory and I will help you out. As its annoying to help through steam.

Thank you a lot as well. This solved my issue! While I'm glad this was fairly simple, I do wish this was disclosed for people who just want to make some simple battles for fun in the editor. Anyhow, thanks a lot!
