Issues with joining and hosting MP servers

I am having some troubles with multiplayer. 80% of servers in the browser don't show a ping but a exclamation mark with the message: "Server is behind Non Promiscuos nat does not support negotiation" I can't join those servers. Also when hosting a server sometimes friends just get the message that the connection failed. It wasn't the case a few months ago but now me and my friends have this issue constantly, I love this game but it is really frustrating it takes about 30 mins to try to host a single game.

Does anyone know a fix for this?

Still a issue, hasn't been fixed, either connection failed or resource desync

Explains why I can't play with my friends either, it's almost constant now
