(Devs) Skirmish Test Mode

Dear Devs,

Is it possible to have test mode in skirmish only give the player the unlimited resources? I am learning to play so I currently enjoy practicing on test mode, but the AI will just spam unlimited units since they also have the unlimited resources. I don't like spamming multiple units I would just like the freedom to feel out the AI difficulty with having plenty of room for error but the AI of course doesn't know :/
