Graphics improvement

Since ive picked up the game im experiencing blurry graphics. The textures are fine, but the overall game is SO blurry and changing the settings doesnt do ANYTHING. Its like FXAA on crack despite its deactivated. So far i couldnt figure out why my game isnt sharp and no setting seems to change it. In videos of others it looks very sharp and no blurry graphics at all. Its even blurry when i change to steam overlay ...

oh ofc im running it in 1080p currently

I assume you mean 1920 x 1080.
1080p is a resolution for a TV.

Unless I zoom in all the way nothing is blurry. zoom in all the way is no detail and fuzzy.

Zoomed out or zoomed in i notice blurry graphics, though zoomed out you barely notice it because everything is smaller.

And 1080p is just FHD ... according to that 4k is tv resolution too ^^' but i dont care about that, im just here for a solution
