You are also going to have a lot of fun with the crew mounted machine gun when you get to that bit after the first part of the tutorial too. When you want to mount the machine gun, put the machine gun in the inventory of the mg stand, then crew the machine gun with two soldiers. Whilst the stand and the two soldier crew has a square highlight around it, click on the inventory 'sack' icon in the UI on the bottom left hand side of the screen. This will bring up the inventory for the mg stand on its own. Then load the mg on the stand by double clicking on the gun in the inventory window and it should now be visible on the stand. This'll make sense (hopefully!) when you get to that bit.
Another one you'll thank me later for if you do the campaign is pressing Space during the intro videos for a mission. First few times is great, but yeah, you'll want to get playing as soon as lol.
Best thing to do is watch videos and googling, for a newbie like me I found @PuggoReborn and @ZeroHeros8 on Youtube very helpful for short tips to get going. There's also the Discord to ask questions too.
HTH
The tutorial is an embarrassment or I really am a moron I think its both because there were just things I could not do I had to watch some dude that covered the tutorial on youtube but all he did was not explain anything in detail ya just watch him go through it but I stopped the video at a spot and went over it a few times to see what he did in a nanosecond with the key stroke to do what I needed.
Regarding the <SPACE> bar this is one of the best things someone told me about.
The manual is lacking too
I would like them to add some tool tip pop ups when you first play or something.
