Love the game but unable to play anymore (problem resolved)

2 days ago the game decided to close on its own for no reason, ive done everything ive been told to fix it, yet it still does not work. it was fun while it lasted

everytime i launch the game it automatically closes its self after a short time, it doesnt give me any crash reports or anything

The only thing that had changed on the system when the issue began was that i had WeMod installed, since then its been removed from the system yet the game still does not work

after 3 days of trouble shooting ive found the issue and resolved it, a program i had forgot to uninstal was causing the issue, after a manual Uninstall of it the game functions again

what programe? plz go into detail for reference. i dont see why a 3rd party program simply installed on your pc could cause any game to crash unless it had somehow accessed that games exe/altered it. you had a mod for the game? you had an app running while playing?

Never install crap on your PC. Never put crap in your body. Take better damn care of things,stop showing up with a defeatist attitude saying "cant fix, adios"... then fixing the issue later and not even explaining how,or what caused the issue. By this carry on its no wonder you had problems.

It was a program i had used to unlock a DLC for Stellaris that didnt want to work on its own, it decided on its own to try and pirate the CTA DLCs, i have deleted the program so it doesnt do that to anything else. most likely on christmas i will purchase the liberation DLC to play the conquest as the US with a friend

Ich habe die selben Probleme. Ich starte das Spiel es läde und kurz vorm Haubtmenü schliesst das spiel sich und ich befinde mich wieder auf den Desktop ohne Fehler Meldung

Delta Dude, mind explaining why your ignoring any posts in the Call to arms forums? No developer is actively in touch with the community on a host of issues that persist and game breaking bugs left over and remaining two years later. All mortar placed buildings cause the game to crawl to 5 FPS...for 2 years its been that way. Why have you or no one else addressed this? Conquest in that game was left in a terrible state also. It makes me hard to believe any of the good work thats going into GOH will continue to be supported when the DLCs stop,and similar issues remain here.

A simple explanation would suffice. Some proffessionalism.

Not ignoring anything, but we have been quite busy with holidays, steam sales, & new dlc + bug fixes.

There is also no new information for Call to Arms currently to report.

I use maximum reflect for free I do an image of my C: Drive if something gets real razy I just reinstall the last image but then I am left with whatever I had on the pc since my last backup of the image ... For example I did an image of C after I got the pc all tweaked out and had not installed any programs then one after I installed programs ms word .. etc. then one before I installed an games.

so if I install a game and it works fine and I did another image I could go back to this last image that has the game and anything done since then is wiped out.

This is just one option but its great in certain situations.
