Mission Last Stand at Ruhr (Bugged)

In the mission Last Stand at Ruhr you get promised a last stand but for whatever reason the game decides that you have to surrender to the americans at somepoint even if you klick you do not want to surrender. no matter how many troops you have the game forces you to surrender after a few minuts....

A real last stand in that game would be actually great....

Pretty sure the forced surrender is intentional and not bugged but yeah it would be nice to actually fight to the last man.
