Sd.kfz 7/1 inconsistency

In the German AA research branch you have the 2cm Flak 38 locked as DLC if you don't own it, and past it in the branch is the Sd.kfz 7/1 which is seemingly not related to the DLC, but it's locked behind the Flak 38 which makes it impossible to research unless you buy the expansion.
Now, I wouldn't mind this if it just meant I had to buy the DLC to get access to it, but just one scroll down is the 8.8cm Pak 43 and the Nashorn, both of which are in succession, and locked as DLC. This makes it seem inconsistent that the Sd.kfc 7/1 is labeled as available but locked behind the DLC Flak.

Does anyone know if there's a hidden prerequisite for said vehicle, or if it is just genuinely inconsistent.

P.S. Sorry for writing DLC so many times. I know the word DLC stands out, and DLC may bother a lot of people for that reason. That's why I'm apologetic for writing DLC as times as possible.

I never played without the first 2 DLC's so I don't know what they block, but with them installed.

The 2 cm Flak 38 is the end of its own research line, and not a requirement for any other unit.

The path to 8.8 cm Pak 43/41 is a straight line from the 3.7 cm Pak 36.

3.7 cm Pak 36 > 4.7 cm Pak 38(t) > 5 cm Pak 38 > 7.5 cm Pak 97/38 > 7.5 cm Pak 40 > 8.8 cm Pak 43/41

The Nashorn requires the 8.8 cm Pak 43/41 AND the latest (American) DLC to unlock.

The path to the Sdkfz 7/2 (3.7 Flak) is

2cm FlaK 30 > 3.7 Flak 37 AND

SdKfz 10/4 > sdkfz 6/2 (3.7 cm Flak) > Sdkfz 7/2 (37cm Flak)

Thank you! I forgot to mention I'm using the Valour mod, but I don't think it messes with the German research tree. I will give this a go! ^^

I forgot to mention I'm using the Valour mod,

Sdkfz 7/1 Is NOT in the base game but in Valour mod only. You should direct this feedback toward the mod author as this has nothing to do with game developers decisions.

My apologies. I had completely missed that Valour added units to the pre-existing factions. I simply thought it added a few more. Maybe it's time to buy that DLC then ^^
