Game crashes
Hello!

I recently got the game and have experienced more than once that during a play session, my entire screen will go black and my computer display goes off. forcing me to restart my computer.

I am not sure how to resolve it, I already verified the integrity of the files but nothing was fixed. I would be on discord or with YouTube in the background but then it goes into black.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there solution for it? I don't get a notification informing me that the game has crashed and if I would like to send a bug report.

Any help is appreciated!

Can you check under Documents / My Games and locate the game.log file see if there is an error message at the end.

You also may want to look at possible driver failure on the gpu, you can do this by looking at windows event viewer

I've witnessed this on my side as well. But the reason for it could be about my GPU driver software. I haven't updated it since June.

Hello! I checked the game.log file and saw a couple error messages that included "error:element" and "undefined skin".

I also checked and my GPU is up to date.

Could you copy and paste the last 20 or so lines of the log file?

Hi DeltaDude, rather than creating another thread about the game crashing I'll respond here.
I'm having the same issues as plenty of others do - Failed to allocate memory crash. The Event Viewer didn't caught any gpu failure error. My drivers are up to date and other games run without any issues.
I was playing singleplayer Conquest yesterday and the game has crashed at least 4 times, either during the loading or right when entering the game after loading.

It seems like a gpu issue, however, I don't have any issues related to gpu memory in any other game. Also, I don't own the Liberation DLC (I own only the Talvisota DLC) therefore I shouldn't be having problems with the Valentine vehicle..unless the Valentine is in the game when playing as or against Russians?

My spec is:
GTX 1050ti 4GB
i5-8600k 3.60GHz 6x
16GB 3200MHz
running on an SSD

I have the same problem. Windows defender doesn't show anything, deleted the folders from appdata and documents to reset any config problems, enabled to run as admin, tried running in safe mode no mods but no mods installed anyway. I have no problems running other games. The games just get to the menu and after less than a minute exits to desktop without any error. The logs show similar message.
Checked integrity also to be sure but everything seems fine.
I tried running without no apps except browser running in the background such as discord and still no difference

Crashed again while loading a second match of conquest. I didn't have any problems while loading up and playing the first conquest match today. Here's the latest exception from the log:

I had this happen to me on a vanilla game (no mods/cheats/trainers because i'm not Chinese). Roughly every 2 out of 3 games crashes.

Then he shouldn't have problem refunding. Do you have any solution to our problem?
I have to say that before I bought the game I tried the "free" version if you know what I mean to check if I will like it and I had no problem, that was version 1.034.

Hello everyone,

So far, I have 10 hours in the game and I haven't had a crash since. But I have only been playing singleplayer conquest and haven't my screen go black. When I did get a black screen, it was during a multiplayer session with a friend. As well as I wasn't able to join their game after 1 match.

Edit: I got a crash while playing singleplayer.
