You can use the new suppression feature with the MG and use it as a base of fire to move your rifle section up. It's more micro of course, but also more realistic.
Play CoH for balance. I play CoH for a smooth multiplayer experience and arcade gameplay, let's not turn goh into an arcade game for no reason. Agreed.

I don't find the ping very realistic, is way too loud, you can hear it even under heavy fire what is a gross exaggeration of the real sound.
BUT, it does have the cool factor on its side so it's okay.
