Liberation DLC not showing after buying it

Hello everyone so after buying the dlc when I open the game and go to dynamic campaign or whatever related to the DLC it says that I do not own the DLC and that I have to buy it

pls boss im tired what to do

Same problem here, running on version 1.032.0. Also, can't use the US Faction in MP.

That's the wrong version

Version should be 1.034.

USA won't show in multiplayer in the default setting of early war, because they entered hostilities in the period we call mid war.

Also in case you haven't solved yet I fixed it by unchecking the dlc box in the game's properties, closing steam, restarting it, and rechecked the box, and restarted steam again. That way it started the download of the dlc which didn't happen before, so it was a steam issue

how do you get that version??? the highest version i can get is 1.029

Make sure to switch to NONE in beta options in the properties of the game in your steam library
