If you have your Gates of Hell already installed on your internal hard drive on your PC then go to documents/my games/gates of hell/logs/minidumps and in the minidumps folder and scrolling down to the bottom of files list and the last one - Text Document, (not the blue file) being the one you need to open and again scrolling down to bottom of list and see where the error begins with as follows; ***************** Exception ***************** well, underneath there will be the error showing what is causing your game to crash. So copying and pasting into here the error report.
If you have your Gates of Hell installed on external hard drive then copying %ocalAppData% and pasting this into your search bar usually located at the bottom left corner of your monitor screen and hit return and then hovering to the Digitalmindsoft folder and in there you should find the minidumps folder located in gates of hell/log/minidumps and repeating the same process as mentioned above so copying and pasting into here the error report.
Best of Luck to you.
