conquest running really poorly-constant stuttering

my specs are this below - its frustrating as i can run the the game on ultra presets with no problem, just conquest runs like ass, all other game modes i have no problem playing with 60fps
Intel core i5-10400F
16GB ram

Graphics = Nvidia Geforce rtx 3060

Im not sure if mods are making conquest lag like mad, when i tried vanilla it ran perfectly, but when i use a mod it doesnt

If it's conquest enhanced, due to the amount of extra units it can cause performance issues.

I'd just lower all the settings except textures and models and it should help a bit. Otherwise try a mod that doesn't increase army sizes.
