Ways to coordinate in multiplayer

Is it possible to ping/mark a location on the map in a co-op game? Any other tips for coop battles are also welcome

Not sure which engine the co-op mode uses.

If it uses the multiplayer engine you can indicate a spot on the map by quickly pressing the N key and letting it go. You get a yellow ping circle on the minimap.

If you hold N down you get a wheel with various things to communicate at that spot.

You can also hit Z and type a message to the team or to all players.

Being in a VC with someone helps immensely- but that's not always an option. Try to help your ally spot potential attacks, ping the map consistently, and let them know what you're going to do!
