App error: Not SDL file

I've been playing Call to Arms - Gates of Hell for a week and suddenly ı started to get ''Not SDL file'' errors and ı couldn't play the game. ı searched for the ''profiles'' folder and there isn't any. Can somebody help with this issue?

I have almost 700 hours playing this game. Love it, however had a power outage last night and now I get..

I have uninstalled program and re-installed 3 times (on 2 different drives), restarted my computer 3 times, ran the file verification program with no issues. Please help resolve this issue.

go to here and delete the settings file

C:\Users\ (your name) \Documents\my games\gates of hell\profiles\ (your number)
or
C:\Users\ (your name) \AppData\Local\digitalmindsoft\gates of hell\profiles\ (your number)
