Game crashes

I know that I will be referred somewhere else, but i really need help. The game worked find until a few months ago. It just crashes to desktop with no errors or anything. Usually before I can get out of the main menu. I have uninstalled the game and Call to Arms as well and reinstalled. I have no mods installed. Tried launching in admin mode from the file directory itself. All my drivers are up to date including the graphics drivers. I have watched several videos in an attempt to get help to no avail. I have verified integrity and everything else. Can someone please give me some guidance. I even disabled all firewalls and antivirus and it still does not help. Just goes back to desktop after launch at different times.

I do not have that file in my documents. Has other games in there though, just not gates of hell.

I guess when I deleted and reinstalled the game those were erased. Also I can never even get passed the main menu or being able to select a campaign before it just shuts down back to desktop.

Take a look at appdata then

Users/USERNAME/AppData/Local/digitalmindsoft/gates of hell
Users/USERNAME/AppData/Local/gates of hell

If you are sure they dont exist at all, then it means that your antivirus/antimalware/windows defender is blocking the game and you need to add goh as exception

Those minidumps are old. What about logs? Game.log is stored before minidumps folder

I tried everything and it still crashes. Antivirus isnt causing it. At this point we may as well wait for the next update.

I noticed after I sent them to you they were from last year. Here is the game log. I also checked and the mini dump and it is empty now since a tried starting the game again.

I had an issue the game crashing when loading a mission in conquest mode. No errors or nothing. Turned down resolution. Game still crashed but now i got a memory message. So i turned a few graphics settings and now it works.

What I am saying is have you tried turning down some of the memory related graphical settings ?

Its CTA log. They are slightly different from GoH's
Do this: launch GoH again, crash and right after the crash upload the fresh made log
Logs overwrite every time game launches

Ok, so I launched. Made it to main menu. Crashed 30 seconds later. There are no new minidumps. Only the ones I sent you that were actually old.

Make sure that windows defender / antivirus / antimalware aint blocking the game

Are you using cheatengine/wemod/any overlay program similar to teamspeak ?

Not using any cheats or mods or anything. Disabled all windows defender/antivirus/ firewall stuff and etc. It just crashes with out any notification. Every time i check the log it is still the some old ones in there. I also tried playing call to arms and it works fine.
