You need to complete the objectives. Sometimes the pilot hides very well, maybe that's what is preventing it?

Well, I did complete all the objectives. However, the game didn't credit me for Clearing the way for tanks to the village, Destroying the obstacles on the road or retreat to the initial position. I've been up and down the road twice, killed every soviet on the map except for their northernmost line, found the car and used it to get the pilot out safely, have three tanks, got every blue dot back to the starting point TWICE . Now I'm out of gas and have no ability to refuel! The only thing I haven't done is get everyone out of the vehicles and run toward the Soviet lines.

Still having the same issue. Mission won't end

Mission worked by moving all units to the very edge of the starting point it ended succesfully.
Played it a few days ago so recently.
Did the other mission points trigger for you?
I.e soviet counter attack when you fund the pilot and finally the retreat order to ,,prevent another Stalingrad"?

Sending literally every single unit to the edge of the map was the fix <3
