Game won´t start

Hi, I just bought a game, it didnt boot up sometimes the starting window open but thats all, I have to shut it via task manager, please help!!

Try starting game from game folder as admin

I tried that, even integrity check, reinstalling the game, disable cloud, turn off the virus for the game.

I had the same issue like you (game not launching, no error message):
Turned out I had to downgrade my video drivers, and it worked.

What PC specs do you have?
Could you please share last log from
my documents/my games/gates of hell/logs/minidumps? Send the last made txt file

Do you have the gates of hell folder itself in the documents?
If not, you need to look for it in the appdata/local/gates of hell

Turn off windowds defender and your antivirus and try launching the game.exe from the root folder

How does your folder path to the game looks like? Can you share it, please?

After disabling antivirus it launched, thank you for support.
Btw do I have to turnn it off everytime i gonna play this?

What antivirus do you use? Make sure that it remembers GoH and Steam and as an exception
Sometimes they get into carantine sub-folder where you can manage this in the antivirus panel

I cant say anything much about it, i just dont use it and turn it off every time i set up fresh windows install

Well, for some reason It´s working even with antivirus on now. Dunno why If it work it works

It works now because system was able to make game required files (profiles,pc configuration etc)
Unsure yet if the antivirus will let you save - you need to test this
