Yes, reducing your resolution from 1440p or in my case 4k will increase the UI size but this is not the ideal solution, please put in actual UI scaling like so many other games have. @ 4k the UI is so tiny it is just about useless.
I just live with it, but it makes the game very hard to play with the UI elements too much left and right. Same for 4K on the usual 3840 x 2160 16:9 resolution with very small icons and fonts..
