Many of the suggestions don't add anything usefull to the game.
So yes, they can be for example limited from 0 to 3 in a mod, as well as adding different decals like an S that was used by some Waffle SS divisions and something like a balkenkreuz or other tank symbols.
2. I agree that having a single Lt for example be in one of the tanks and the rest being somewhere around the rank of Sergeant would be indeed nice but I'm not sure if it's possible to randomly do it by modding, as in I don't know if the game code supports it.
3. I am guessing you mean commander cupola by commander cabin? Otherwise I am again not sure what you're asking for is possible within the game engine.
Point 4 is missing.
5. No model has been "deleted", if it's not in the game yet it just hasn't been made.
Otherwise the models in GoH are not the old models of Men of War: Assault Squad 2 if that's what you mean, I've personally seen the textures as well and they are in 2k resolution, meaning twice that of AS2's textures which are 1k.
There are also many more vehicles such as the Hummel, Nashorn, Wespe, Grille, Wilberwind and others mentioned in the game files that don't yet have a model.
Point 6 is missing but I am assuming you want to make it about the firing on the move for tanks.
If so I at least have read that German tankers were forbidden from firing on the move because it was thought that it was just a waste of ammunition since it was hard to hit a target like that, which is true for the most part.
However there were of course exceptions, for example Michael Wittmann has been said to have trained his crew to fire on the move but I am not sure how true that is, and the US Shermans were also equipped with experimental early gyroscopic stabilizers but since they didn't want the technology to fall in enemy hands they didn't tell anybody about it and only trained around 2 battalions worth of tankers in a couple of US Armored Divisions to use them from what I remember reading.
So technically when the US is added Shermans should be able to fire a bit more accurately on the move, at least when in slower speeds than other tanks.
Otherwise firing on the move was up to the tank commander's discretion I would say but the tank's suspension, terrain and crew skill and training as well as experience were also major factors if they were comfortable performing the maneuver.
I won't comment on the rest of the points since my knowledge mostly concerns tanks but overall I would say you bring up some nice points so keep up the good work.
There are no real reasons for the devs to waste time and ressources on some minor cosmetics that are irrelevant for I would say 90%+ of the playerbase at least not untill everything else is done.

1) Tank naming allocation (letters/numbers) is random and we won't change it for a specific nation because it's something that encompasses all units.
2) We will look into it.
3) Boarding does not discriminate soldiers of different class as it adds another layer of unnecessary depth that brings no gameplay value, it may in fact be frustrating when you want to board the vehicle quickly and the guy stops under enemy fire to allow the commander to board it first.
4) Changing crew positions is necessary for being able to have dynamic gameplay and not be comdemned to losing the vehicle once a specific crew member dies who cannot be replaced. We already added a delay between switching positions, and we consider CtA-GoH to be unforgiving enough in tank combat as it is already.
5) If we make tanks stop to fire when on the move it adds frustration to the fact they are stopping to take a shot instead of moving to the specified location where they may be urgently needed. I may consider looking at it from the single click perspective in the future.
6) We're scheduling a human model update with changing uniforms per season for this summer.
7) I don't understand what you're implying but we are currently happy with the role and use of officers, and we cannot make them be representative of the real officers, as they would in real life not be the only ones able to use binoculars and other perks, so we're making a "fictional" gameplay class for them anyway.
8) We won't add medals, they are backend war promotions and such which we do not represent in our frontline combat product.
9) Melee system is old and requires a huge investment to improve it. If CtA-GoH is successful we can work on this in the far future.
10) Our way of representing increased survival chances with veterancy is to increase the health on veterancy, it is the equivalent to real life reactions and decisions a veteran would make to avoid getting hit or to increase his surviva.
11) This is already implemented.
12) This is already implemented
13) I don't understand what you're implying but adding rank changes in the middle of a battle is a no-go, soldiers are not promoted like that. Our veterancy is based on combat experience and effectiveness, not rank.
most of your posts come off as completely incomprehensible, even when i try REALLY hard to figure out what you mean (i understand you are not a native english speaker....its hard NOT to see that). your last comment seems to insinuate that you, as a customer, demand COMPLETE creative control over the piece of work you have purchased.....in what world is this true? you cant just demand such specific requests and act like its some huge deal that you are not being instantly pleased by the developers...like wtf is that level of entitlement?
you dont seem to understand that this is a refined game, with a specific gameplay cycle. you cant just go and say "soldiers should WAIT to get into the vehicle until this one soldier gets in because of their rank" thats insane dude, that would add so many problems and serve LITERALLY no purpose. this is not a documentary, its a game. balance and gameplay above decorations and accuracy of military procedure.
I dont see german soldiers dropping what they are doing and saluting when i drive an officer back and forth in front of them in a never ending circle because that would be stupid for a game, you as the player are NOT historically accurate, chill out.
You have now posted this multiple times, I suggest you stop re-posting.
The level of detail you seem to desire is, for the most part, not feesible.
We are not in a simulator when playing GoH. The order in which the tank should be entered, the rank of the officer, the number of semi tracked vehicles used to transport infantry etc etc is not important enough to warrant hundreds of hours of development and testing; they will not make a single difference in gameplay.
Surely we will keep improving as far as possible, but not everything you mentioned will be done. We are not in a position to spend that kind of time you see.
Next thing you'll suggest is to have soldiers take breaks to eat and relieve themselves...
They already have this. Pioneers have black piping, artillery crews have red, pink for armored crews etc. The few I see missing are the dark blue for medics and light green for mechanized units (panzergrenadiere), which one can easily add through modding. But this game is probably the only one I've seen that actually took the time to include the Waffenfarbe (piping colors) for the Germans.
I kinda agree, but at the same time, it's always been a way for games to highlight veterancy and make these units stand out over unseasoned troops.
I prefer player choice over arbitrary unit limits. If they want to play with historical unit compositions, so be it. But if someone also wants to just have a bunch of tigers/kingtigers for the fun of it, they should be allowed to as well. It's a game.
