PS4 controller controls both Player 1 and 2

At first I thought the game was meant to be played while controlling two bots at the same time, but that quickly ended. basically from the moment I start a new game, all my button inputs work for both Player 1 and 2. This is really annoying.

Additionally, I cannot use my controller (hard wired to my PC using usb cable) to select Settings or Quit, only the mouse can highlight those choices. This is a really cool game, but this controller issue makes it unplayable.

What is your operating system?
We've just re-tested PS4 controllers on both Windows & Mac OS and everything is fine (both wired and bluetooth).

Would you happen to use a custom driver or a special software to handle your PS4 controller?

NeuroVoider has a native support for PS4 controllers but this is only guaranteed with the plug-n-play base driver.

Windows 10, 64-bit. And I do have the DS4Windows app installed, which just emulates a 360 controller. On the "brain select" screen, I have an X prompt over players 1 and 2, and a keyboard Enter prompt over player 3. Nothing over player 4.

So I disabled DS4Windows and things are back to normal. My Dual Shock 4 only controls P1, and Keybord controls P2. Glad this was a simple fix.
