Mysterious person...
... on the map. When I first get into the city, not too far from the merchant, is a blue dot that is "Borislov Tveter". But when I got there, I can't find him. I assume he is above or below me, but I can't find a way to do either. And google didn't help. Any clue?

Maybe you need to progress further with the storyline to engage with him.
