is it possible to reset perks?

The previous games they warned that wasn't impossible to reset perks. This one they don't. Is it possible now or is still impossible to reset them?

Just checked. What are those requirements? It requires several points avaliable to reset perks. Do I loose those points when reseting perks?

If you got a perk that gives you free ability points, then yes, you will lose those bonuses.

For example, if you chose a perk with 3 bonus skill points, then you have to spare 3 skill points before resetting perks

If you need to free up the poitns, use the 'reset skills' or 'reset attributes' to remove the points you need before you reset your perks.
