What is "Endgame" anyway...

You see people complain they can't do "Endgame" playing offline
So what is "Endgame"? what you do in endgame and the point of endgame?
The game end when the story end anyway.

Endgame is the adventure mode. Where you can level up your character to maximum and you can gather the very best gear. You are not limited by the story. You have daily quests and a rotating map choicees with different conditions. Also if you are at level 100 you can start leveling up your glory levels. Glory levels add you account wide bonuses. Eg more critical damage for every character etc...

what is a game to you? playing through and then throwing it away? then i think arpg is not your genre.

how much time to you need in average to get to lvl100?
the issue is that players are scattered because of different levels and coop becomes hard to enjoy.
a lvl 40 char will be worthless in match with a 80.

It's possible to solo from level 1 to level 100 in around 35-40 hours on Hard or Heroic Difficulty. Using Normal or Casual Difficulty modes will take about 2/3rd more time because of the lack of an experience point bonus, depending upon player knowledge and talent for the game.

My original vanilla constructor took about 12 hours to max, granted the constructor is OP as ♥♥♥♥ in vanilla and I was steamrolling inhuman 2 the entire time like it was casual.

But you can definitely do better than 35-40 hours if you just play arena, it gets pretty easy once you understand it, and the exp bonuses are so high if you get to 30+ waves you'll gain a couple of levels.

That really depends, assuming that you activated monster respawn at the Option menu and you wipe all mobs in the entire map, I can say you'll get to Max level around 30-40 hours depending on the class, build and how fast you kill mobs, it can be more or less depending on the difficulty.
