in chapter 1 excaliber is
to get it first you need to find a rare spawn near the scare crow boss bit south and up a hill . 2) you take his coin to the wishing well and spawn another boss 3) you take the oil to excaliber and pull it out 4) you can then level this verry op weapon up it levels up

one of afew hiddens in game theres also a a key you can get in act 1 that unlocks a reward in a later chapers ... ps theres also hidden paths and walk thru walls in game lots of secrets to find

Excalibur is pretty meh; you'll probably replace it with a rare within a few levels.

I still use Excalibur at lvl 15, didnt find any better weapon yet, so it last a good part of the early game.

the higher your level is when you clam it the higher its level is if you claim it at level 9 its level 9 if you claim it at end of first chapter say level 19 then its level 19

You'll be replacing it by level 25 usually, so keep the money on-hand for a respec.

And the class is called the "Protector", not a "knight".

Funny thing is it scales to the lvl you turn it in :) Ive did it on 4 different characters now and all four em have different levels and stats :D You could essentially wait till 80 or so and go back and finish it heh.
