Character creation
Are there Races, genres and classes or is just a preset dude like witcher 3 for example

There are 6 different classes to choose from - no race or gender choice.

The character is fixed, like witcher, in that you play as the hunter Van Helsing. It's in the name after all... so yeah, you play as a guy. However, you can choose one of six classes for the character, and yes, there is a female ghost companion who travels with you. She levels up independently from Van Helsing and has her own unique skill tree. While you don't control her directly, you have a lot of control over her development, and she is consistantly involved in the story.

I'm farily sure she's talking about NPC's in the game. So you got her question wrong and gave a wrong answer.
