Works for me in 3840x2160 resolution. I am running Final-Cut in Dx11-mode and fullscreen.
GTX980 on Win-7. I had to restart the game to switch to Dx11. After that i selected the 4K resolution.
<edit>
Don't forget the High-Res-DLC, otherwise 4K is pretty ugly^^

The option showed up after a while - not sure why.

Works fine now.

If you're running 4k you might be using DPI scaling. For me, what worked was disabling display scaling for Van Helsing.

You can do this by going to your Van Helsing folder (e.g. "C:\Progarm Files\Steam\steamapps\common\The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing Final Cut"). You'll see a bunch of "VanHelsing" executables. Right-click on the one that matches the configuration you are running (e.g. VanHelsing_x64_11_win10.exe is the 64-bit, DirectX 11, Windows 10 executable), click on Properties, then navigate to the Compatibility tab. You'll hopefully see an option there to "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings"; check that setting and hit OK.

When you start the game up again you'll hopefully have some higher resolution settings available. If you don't, you may have chosen the wrong executable -- try a different one, or, worse comes to worst, change this setting for all the VanHelsing executables.
