Powerups!
Hey again fellas.

These powerups that you have from Tier 1 - and Tier 2, would be rather useless if you no longer use that skill, since i dont belive that they stack the damage all the way through the Tier's.

Anyone that can confirm or disprove this ?

Just for anyone that really want that skill in the Tier 3 skills. :)

They have no use unless you're using that skill. The only thing that improves a higher tier skill is the other skills' levels, not their powerups or their masteries.
