And after that, I guess, you can farm fate points to collect godlike and set items, but there's no motivation in doing that.
Glory does not cap at 100, by the way. You can get to at least Glory level 300 if you're tenacious enough, and the Glory bonuses can be quite powerful.
Overall the end game is extremely grindy and repetitive. The only end game activity I find somehow fun to do is the arena.
It's new content, they're ironing out the bugs. Soon enough, we'll be seeing a rotation on a monthly basis once they've got it all sorted.
I happen to find Grim Dawn's general gameplay grindy, repetitive, not fun and boring, but that doesn't stop thousands of others from playing it. I actually found it so boring that I ultimately have no interest in ever attempting GD's "end-game", which only consists of replaying the same story with cheezier enemies. In fact, I find it more repetitive than I find this game after over 700 hours of playing this one, so it just goes to show you that everyone's tastes are different and mileage will definitely vary.
Thank you but there is no need to show me that. This is a rather well-known fact. I simply expressed my opinion on the end game.
Just out of curiosity, how many hours (roughly) out of 700 did you spend on replaying the story with different classes and builds and how many hours did you spend on the end game?
About equal. I'm up to around 750 hours now, with a slight leaning towards Adventure Mode---probably about 400 hours into Adventure at this point.
