Graphic setting problem :(

Hello , i wanted to say that i have a major graphic problem with the game,
i just re-instaleld it back again and once i connect then reach the main menu the game is white screen or weird color i barely see my character and lady katarina :(
i dont know why the game bug like that with graphism, i have a strong gaming pc, and a gtx with 4gb memory dedicated and i have such image broken, white, weird and strange

is there someone to help me to fix this problem please ?

No wait i fixed the problem, in fact you just have to delete the folder of the game in C/Document and also delete the save corrupted file, once done it works. i didnt have to re install all the game 54 giga.

Ah thank you, I'll try that now. I did reinstall again, but it was having the same issue, I'll try your fix

Once you have installed the game (even if like i said you dont need to re-install) go to : C/document/neocore or a folder called neocore something, and containing the save of Van helsing final cut, delete all this folder, in the recycle bin too, then after, go back to Steam, right clik on the game in your library then do a integrity cache research option, then after once it's finished start the game then it's fixed :)
also if you download the HD dlc who is free, it's 7 giga
the game himself is like : 34 giga, with the dlc it going to do 54 giga full installation with High texture setting.
