It's only two points though, so it's not essential. You don't need to be perfectly min-maxx'ed in order to play the end-game or the IO Difficulties, just be cautious and meticulous. Rushing to the level cap isn't going to make things easier for you and won't provide any immediate benefits, either. Just don't get into the habit of over-extending yourself, because missing 10 or 12 points actuallty would start to affect your character's performance.
I just didnt expect such huge amounts of veteran mobs at that moment and for some reason I also didnt think of lowering the dif.at the time. Since I didnt realize what were the actual rewards,I honestly didnt even care till later on when i actually checked journal.
Also if it wasent already that deep in the game i would have probably rerolled due to what i said above.
Anyways at the time I pretty much just got the poison blast so I was using pistols instead of rifle which is big nono for that skill. Anyways I did little testing around and finaly found a balance that works for my play style.
