Didnt pay attention anad need to know where felix lives

So i stalked pixie by accident, never met the salesman, and then met her in Yvonne. She asks if I am going ot the party at felix and i say sure. but i was not paying attention and now i dont remember where it is. I seem to recall its near the radio station but I think i have checked every door/place around it at night and everything is empty. Most NPCs will talk to me, and its fun running around but I kind of want to get to the party. I told Pixie i was gonna go and that was three days ago (in game time :P )

Felix lives near the café, just next to the park. Talking to certain people at the hotel should work also...

i ended up going back to the shoe store and then i "learned" who felix was again and now i passed all the tests and its going along smoothly. I like the write stuff down as you go, but i am just out of practice in doing so :)
