Then there is a sign syaing "Radio station" under a tree, it's the buildong on the right to it.
Continue to speak to people, it's a game about friendship (before love and technology ;). And if you find some floppy disk you can read it with some computers spelling 'floppy reader' get them on your hands and open the computer). Later you'll find about programming and stuff (like sleeping or being tired... or not).
What I "achieved" so far: Got drunk at the party, woke up in Pixie's flat. Witnessed one of the suit guys getting shocked and saw someone run up to them, do something and then they ran to the shoe shop. I think it was at that point where the red bag guy ran up to me. Then I gave a cigarette to the girl who runs the shoe shop and now she won't talk to me anymore.
Spoil the ending if you must, I DO NOT CARE just tell me where the hell I'm supposed to go, I just wanna get to the programming, from what I've read about the game you can do some really cool stuff with it.
The game is so slow it's painful and the fact that I could not find any proper guides makes it completely unplayable for me, I hate getting stuck and walking around in circles trying to trigger the next bit of story and this game has just that in spades. I might try to get the unlimited modifier and play around with it but other than that...meh.
So... Yeah, I'd recommend just ignoring the plot altogether and working on the problem of unlocking your modifier, then playing around with that for awhile. You can always come back to the plot later.
Minor spoiler on unlocking a modifier: You'll need two modifiers to achieve this goal -- set one on the ground and use the other modifier to hack it.
If you were at the factory already, then you had more than one chance to get everything you'll ever need already. Trust me, triggering story points is one of the lesser interesting thing in the game (I will not say "least", because there's always selling bad soda ;-)).
