Seb is trapped in coloured Cube (SPOILERS !!)
I just were on the internet and met with Monad, she took out the Taser and attackt me. Until this Moment everything was fine, but before he fell on the ground Seb got surrounded by a colloured cube, and when he woke up in front of the ferry, the cube was still there and it just won't go away, no matter what i do. Is this normal or a bug?

Sounds like this is related to getting attacked on the internet

Some people from the Lodge may know more about this "corruption", but that scripting sometimes doesn't trigger correctly.

Some suggested remedies are to get a good night's sleep or to drink something sweet, but that might be too slow. Perhaps you could hack something to create a more reliable fix?

Did you notice that soda drinks have a way to modify corruption?

Try hacking a soda to add *negative* corruption, and then drink it. You should stop glowing like a light show.

it was solved just by sleeping (i didn't do that a lot, so that was the only thing i have not tried yet)

not really sure if it's relevant but i slept in the bed in monads apartment...

Sleep generally reduces corruption, though the way you went about that is pretty amusing.

If you're curious about how sleep is implemented you can look directly at the source code here:
https://github.com/eriksvedang/GameWorld2/blob/master/GameWorld2/src/Tings/Character.cs#L1726

The reduction in drunkeness makes sense, but I thought the increase in smelliness if you sleep outside was a nice touch.

yeah, increasing the smellines while sleeping, thats a really cool idea ^^ about the corruption...not sure if it makes sence, decreasing it while sleeping...but come to think of it...this really makes it phylosophical considering how this town obviously is only controlled by some lines of code...

It's probably just a neat detail the programmer thought of, but I like to think of that system as a commentary about the nature of Seb's world. If sleeping reduces corruption, is the internet some sort of dream reality, or is the world some sort of dream reality? Again, possibly not the author's deliberate intent. ;)
