download the cry of fear npcs mod, empty hands mod, stormfox, gm_house3v3. When your on the map change the time to night using stormfox. Next turn off npc thinking and spawn in one of the cry of fear npcs in the house Doesn’t matter where, now turn off all the lights in the house and use empty hands. Go upstairs and sit in one of the rooms on the third floor. Enable thinking and try to get out of the house. Trust me the sounds with good headphones is terrifying in the dark.

Get "The Horror SNPC" and play on "Rp_downtown_v2 Night". Spawn the horror snpc in the map and roam around.

To add to the creepy factor. The maker of the original map commited suicide. And many say the map is haunted, and you can see ghosts, doors closing/opening in the distance, hearing sounds etc etc even without the horror snpc (Probably some sort of script in the map, sorry for ruining the myth :P ). So playing the map even without the npc spawned, its unnerving because of its atmosphere.

THAT will, at the very least, make you feel uncomfortable.

shadow snpc has both effects and npc covered, as well as horror snpc. maps imo a dark maze would be good, but better if its like a town but with a creepy atmosphere, gm_shambles or whatever its name is a good example, theres this one map i remember that was usually used for old gmod "ghost sightings" on YT. but pretty much most old maps can be creepy if you put your imagination into it.
