How am I flying?

I'm new to garry's mod and for some reason, i'm flying and moving through solids ( including the ground.) How do I get down, and how do i create stuff?

So far the only way i've figured out how to get down is by either getting into a vehicle or dying

ok so basically you press V to fly around and to create objects, you press Q, if you need anymore help lemme know ASAP

Your flying and stuff Because I think you pressed V Which makes you fly and go through stuff so press V again then everything should be good

You just acsdently pressed V, wich enables noclip press it again to stop.
Hold Q to spawn somethi ad leave your imaganation to build the rest!

You probaly accidentaly pressed V when you started playing, press V again and everything will be fine!
