Will I get the textures if I download CS:S from uTorrent?

CS:S was a steam game but it somehow can play Multiplayer if your steam account is existing (idk) but If I listed in Library will CS:S mountable in my gmod?

downloading the whole game is illegal, however there are sites where you can download the contents from, the game is not playable but you can add it to gmod as an addon.

downloading is still illegal i believe, and you wont be able to import the textures and models to gmod without some editing anyway, why have trouble when you can just download ready files? :D also im 100% sure it's legal to download those

Downloading the content is also illegal. Please don't spread misinformation without knowing; It's still illegal and can warrant a Steam Community ban.

the site i download from is pretty popular and the file would have already caught the eyes of devs by now, valve does not seem to care about the files as long as it's not the functional game

and you can download CS's dedicated servers without owning it, they contain the same files and can be downloaded right from steam CMD
Edit: they contain the textures and models you will need for gmod
