How do you spawn ammo?

I know it's laughable but I'm relatively new to Gmod and always end up running out of ammo in singleplayer.

Press, Q to open up the spawn menu.
Navigate to the "entities" tab
Select half life 2( or whatever game/name is on the label for the ammo you need)
Select your ammo and it will spawn where you have the cursor aimed at.

The command givecurrentammo also gives you 9999 ammo when entered into console.

this discussion is really old lol. just to tell, if you want to actually have infinite ammo command bound to a key, go to the console and type:

 bind <key> givecurrentammo 

so every time you press that key, it's gonna give you the maximum amount of ammo (default is 9999, you can set that before you start a map)
