My friend came over yesterday, but I dont recall him getting any extra fence addons or crap like that.
The picture was on cs_assault but it happens everywhere.

Can you check in your addons that your friend did not install anything that would alter it's texture and then we can go from there?

I just found another post about this, and the peson said the fix was to uninstall the map gm_freecity_plaza and i had that map, now its uninstalled. Ill get back on Gmod and test.

I actually got this problem too BUT, it was on gm_construct.

Looks like a cubemap reflection while in development. If it persist, type in mat_specular 0 in the console.
