My flash light and default light is missing texture

Tried to verify the local files, resubscribed some addons like advanced light entities but still not work.
I have CSS, ep1, ep2, HL2, and added something in console like r_projectedtexture 0.2 and other relates the effect of shadow due to enhance the performance when posing rags.
Never seen this before till I bought my current new pc recently.
anyone have ideas?

This is what it looks like when using advanced light entities. It's same when I press F for the flash or spawning a light.

Are you still getting this issue without Advanced Light Entities?
If every other addon is disabled but still getting issues with ALE, its an issue with the addon.
Either that or the current addons you have are interfering with ALE. Addons that might interfere with ALE are mods like Atmos (Atmos has its own light textures and can cause the black and pink tiles on some addons that have textures incompatible with atmos, I've seen this with the Lord of the ring swords' addon)
