Disabling collision for NPC corpses

Is there any way for the NPCs or even players to pass through ragdolls from dead NPCs like in Half-Life 2 so you don't have to struggle to move on? Every time I play with NPCs, there's always that one guy that kills himself and some others because he tripped on a ragdoll on the ground and it's pretty annoying. Is there any console command to fix this issue?

Disable keep corpse in NPC setting. Is it really that hard to do?
