another game that (oddly) supports splitscreen is Unreal Tournament 3. It's on steam, although be forewarned that setting up a splitscreen game isn't possible natively, you need to use the console & know what you're doing. May need to look up instructions for that, and also can't comment on whether or not they have patched it out.

There's lots of split screen games you can play on PC if you emulate some ps2/gamecube/dreamcast/n64/ps1 games. There's a game called Screen Cheat I believe and it is for PC.
