Demo Update 1.2.3 - New Levels & Brazilian Portuguese

Demo Update 1.2.3 brings several new features, improvements, and bug fixes to make your underground adventures even better.

What's New

New Demo Levels
The demo level set has been a new set of with previously unreleased levels! If you've already played through the demo, now's a great time to jump back in and experience some fresh challenges.

Brazilian Portuguese Localization

The demo is now fully playable in Brazilian Portuguese.

New Display Settings

Display mode and resolution options have been improved, including more low-resolution options.

Wishlist Button

Pit Pioneers can now be added to your wishlist directly from within the game.

Improved Demo Experience

The demo now features a new introductory screen to help new players get started faster, along with an improved end-demo screen.

Bug Fixes

Fixed level "What about the others?" preview not showing
Fixed translations to keep "Pit Pioneers" as the untranslated brand name across all languages
Fixed keybindings menu not appearing in the in-game pause menu
Fixed keybindings menu showing old language after changing language

The demo introduces the core mechanics with accessible levels, while the full game ramps up to much more challenging puzzles.

The store page for Pit Pioneers is now live.

Pit Pioneers is a puzzle-platformer inspired by Lemmings. Guide your pioneers through underground caves by assigning them abilities like digging, building, and blocking. The goal is to get as many to the exit as possible.

The demo will be available later this month. Full release is planned for March 2026.
