First off, very impressive! Can't believe a 1 man effort! And wonderful, very underexplored concept/time.
The cities system is interesting but it does limit the tactical decisions and I hadn't realize it was only the Western Pacific.

Again, very promising - But some systems seem to be not working (or just unclear/opaque). Aviation and army - didn't seem to be anything to do/see - can you even order/build?? Struggled to do some things like educate/assign an officer...

Amazing, amazing potential, please keep at it. I will certainly return to see any updates, but at the moment the complexity/level of detail is too much for me. So I will be refunding.

My best advice, please include a tutorial.
