you find the starting quest to get there in pandora, it's in devil's razor, then you go to gradient of dawn (via sanctuary) once you have the quest, that'll complete the initial quest, then see the overseer in gradient of dawn for the actual quest

m10 lvl 65 facepuncher, damage doesn't really matter, just look up a build for your character, there aren't many weapons that are good on their own. The facepuncher is pretty ♥♥♥♥ on it's own but with an amara build it is really good

Borderlands one is best!

clearly there was going to be a weapons modding system which is why they paid someone to design a GUI breaking the weapons into their parts with their own defined bonuses.

I want to take my imperfect weapon and through getting enough of them taking the best parts from all to get a better one.

My goal is not to turn BL into a grind game but to offer an increased reward to saving those favorite weapons to make them even better on later plays, or maybe to grind it out because some people like that.

No money till then and probably not even then honestly.
Bl3 feels pretty soul-less in comparison to the others.
PS. I dont care about the events in a game that was "meh"

To those here complaining to no end...why are you still here? The event isn't required, the item can be acquired through normal means- just calm your tits for 5 seconds.

there it is on the map, pick up the quest and then travel there via sanctuary
