What you guys think iare the best borderlands games?

BL3 to me is the most visceral, it is amazing to play. BL2 had more exciting randomness in terms of loot midgets popping out of chests or badass enemies spawning in. BL2 has more enemy variety as well. 2 and 3 are amazing games though, I'd play 2 first for a few hundred hours then hit 3.

Well we both agree that BL3 wasn't the best, for different reasons.

Borderlands 3 had the most diverse character and story. It included a homosexual love story line in a DLC. Therefore, BL3 must be considered the best game of all the Borderlands games.

That DLC story does NOT make up for all the issues in the story and character development. As such it is not a fact that BL3 "must" be considered the best. To be clear, I am not saying the DLC is an issue, that was rather fun. What I am saying is that by itself it doesn't make the entire game the best or worst of the series. It is just a factor, not the be all end all answer.

i played them all except Borderland 1, i have some of them on Epic and some here.
Borderlands 2 was amazing but it's old so i prefer Borderlands 3.
Tiny Tina's Wonderlands is amazing too and so funny everyone should play it.

2 will always be the best in my opinion, I mean in the best era of gaming 360 ps3. I like 3 so far, although I dont have a lot of hours ive already seen the whole thing. I just feel like its less M more PG13

They are improvements not some celestial replacement. Plus sometimes you want to play with a good story and good characters instead of the vomit that was in BL3.

Honestly I've been having a lot more fun with 3 recently, I think the endgame is simply more fun/enjoyable than bl2's. The only thing is that startign a new character in bl2 wasnt such a tolerance check as it is in bl3 because the story is boring.

3, guns and combat is best .... and story is not as bad as people say. Truth is none of the stories are really that great. Borderlands is fun because of the .... GUNS
