WHY are there dlc only weapons in diamond key rewards???

like wtf what kind of a monke thought it was a good idea to put literally pay to win items to diamond keys' loot for people who don't have the dlc?

you waste a key to get an item you cant use and only a tiny text above the name (where you don't even look while you are being pushed by the time limit to choose the rewards) that you can't even use the item so you only notice it AFTER you put it in your inventory

Thats most of the legendarily for each dlc not really PTW its a PVE game.

Dimond key were part of the last DLC so when it rolls items its rolls for everything in the game.
