Bugged frozen mission

Im on the "Beneath the Meridian" mission and my mission progress is frozen and has been so for a week now. The task shows "Find tunnel to vault" and its checked as completed and wont change, Ive tried everything to fix it but nothing works, the mission progress wont change and i cant even restart it, ive played the mission countless times and it always shows the find tunnel to vault and it wont change, does anyone have a fix to this

Do you know where is Neon Arterial? As far as I know, nothing in this map is blocked. You're probably not seeing the path.

Edit. Aside of the bug, sometimes Maya goes missing. That's if you doing a super run and Maya gets stucked.

Im on the neon arterial, and when ever i join the game it spawns me at the start of it with the " find the tunnel to the valut" completed and checkmarked and doesnt change, and the mission doesnt start like it should, maya doesnt spawn in at all
