Does my character need to be max level before I can activate mayhems?
So I can actually farm max level (mayhem 11?) loot even if my character isn't max level (72?)
I can only recommend rushing prologue in TVHM til you unlock Sanctuary (Hostile Takeover quest) to use as a quicker access to Sanctuary.
For example: in Normal mode you're farming a boss that's all the way at the end of the map and you happened to have the need to return to Sanctuary for whatever reason, especially if loot falls off the map and then go back to the boss. If you do so, you will have to run all the way back again. But if you have TVHM set in Sanctuary, then all you have to do is just change to TVHM, do your business and then change back to Normal and you will be where right where you left off - at the boss.
I plan to re-do the entire game at max level with mh11, does the reset remove the unlocked locations like in bl2?
