Missing Item in ATLAS-HQ (100%) ?

hey, in the area view for the 100% i have all checkpoints marked, but when i go up in the district-view ist not greyed out (21/22). so it seems for something missing. is this neccesary? i just searched for the logs again and found two, but still not greyed out? what i am doing wrong?

Could be missing location or Echo Logs. (not Typhoon Log). Sometimes for locations, you must move to the edges of the map in order to trigger it. I'm not sure about Easter eggs though.

PS. Sometimes it might be a side mission/quest that can only open when you completed a side quest/mission from a mission giver. Sometimes you need to complete the main mission and come back this map to find it.

Tip for Atlas CEO Rys, you can only find his side quest/mission at his office. (you could also get from the start of the Atlas map when a Atlas Soldier appear need the vending machine.
